Julie and Mark Butler Fundraiser for NGTF

NGTF would like to thank Julie and Mark and their friends for their wonderful effort in fundraising for the work that NGTF is carrying on for the Earth Quake aid relief for nepal. We are very touched by your effort and your kind thought and prayers for the victims of the divesting earth quake that hit nepal on the 25 April and 12 may .

Report from Julie and Mark:

I hope all is well. On Friday we deposited the last of the money from our fundraising high tea that we held here in Penguin, Tasmania. We ended up with a total of $3,236.00 AU. We are proud to have raised so much and very happy that it may have helped in some small way to your great work with the earthquake recovery. We had 38 friends and family attend our fundraiser and local businesses donated items for a raffle.

We unfortunately didn’t take too many photos of the day, we meant to take a group photo with a message, but got too busy and didn’t. I have attached some photos but aren’t very good ones. We had along our local Buddhist monk Shih Jingang who said a prayer for the people of Nepal. We will continue to take great interest in the rebuilding of your communities and will help however we can. A visit to Nepal seems like it would be a good thing in the not too distant future.

Our thoughts remain with the people of Nepal and everyone at NGTF, bless you all.

Julie and Mark Butler
