Earthquake aid relief work - May 5

I want to Thank personnely Mr & Mrs Karma & Kinley our dear friend who kindly gave us to use their 4 wheel jeep for food delivery to Nuwakot trip fir aid relief work .... Dhanya bhad.

 


 

 

It's 600 hrs and our team is ready to delivery aid to Purano cheep par village of 2 wards of 140 houses of Tamang tribe .. It will take us 2 hrs to get to the ridge where the village people will walk up to meet us and collect the food and shelter .. We are all set and ready to go .. More photos to follow in the evening after we return .. We have 1 truck with 160 bags of rice and other food like oil salt biscuit and noodles thank you for your support.

Tashi Tenzing

Tashi was born in Darjeeling, India on 30 Nov, 1965 - youngest son of Pem Pem who is Tenzing Norgay's eldest daughter. Tenzing, with Sir Edmund Hillary, made the first ascent of Everest on 29th May 1953. Tashi's mother is also a climber. She was a member of the 1959 International Women's Expedition to Cho Oyu, in Nepal - the 7th highest mountain in the world - an expedition which ended tragically in the death of two climbers.
